In the first chapter are generalized the available data on the life and work of al-Ustad and was defined the structure and genre affiliation of "Munis-name". The author has clearly shown that this work consists of two parts - didactic and artistic.
The second chapter is devoted to research sources of didactic part of the work. The author by well-aimed examples has analyzed the communication of “Munis-name" with the literary and philosophical thoughts and Pahlavi texts.
In the third chapter of the research work "Munisnama" was carried comparative analysis of the 31story with parallel stories occurring in oral and written literature.
