In her paper, academician Govkhar Bakhshaliyeva emphasized that Karabakh is the ancient land of Azerbaijan, based on historical facts and resolutions of international organizations on the Karabakh conflict, and spoke about the genocides committed by the Armenian military-political authorities against the Azerbaijani population since the beginning of the last century. The paper also touches upon the Khojaly tragedy of February 26, 1992 and the facts of the genocide committed by the Armenian military formations against the local population.

The paper of the same name by academician Govhar Bakhshaliyeva was also published on the information portal of the Arab Republic of Egypt "al-Diplomasi".
